Payment: 
Payment must be submitted through Bound with registration. Some sports and activities have participation limits due to space, so the earlier you register the better.  LILA makes every effort to ensure activities are affordable and accessible. If you are unable to make a payment in full, please contact us to discuss a payment plan. 

Refunds: 

• If LILA cancels a sport or activity, a full refund will be issued. 
• If a student chooses to withdraw from a sport or activity after the first two weeks, not due to illness or injury, there will be no refund of the fee.
• If a student chooses to withdraw after the first week of practice, they will be responsible for half of the fee.
• If a student chooses to withdraw after the first two weeks of practice, they will be responsible for the entire fee. 

Sports Physicals: 

A valid sports physical is required for all student-athletes.

• Sports physicals are valid for three (3) years from the date of the examination.

• The physical must remain valid through the entire athletic season, including any postseason or state tournament competition.

• If a physical expires at any point during the season, a new physical must be submitted before registration.
• Students without a valid physical on file will not be eligible to participate.

Uploading Your Sports Physical

Sports physical forms must  be uploaded directly to your student's account in BOUND.

Instructions for creating your family's BOUND account can be found here. Once a valid sports physical has been uploaded and approved, you will be able to complete your student's registration.

Where Can I Get a Sports Physical?

Sports physicals may be completed by:

• Your child's primary care physician

• CVS MinuteClinic or similar walk-in clinics
• Local clinics offering summer sports physical events

Please check with providers in your area for availability.

Where Do I Submit My Completed Physical?

Completed sports physical forms should be uploaded directly to your student's BOUND account.

Lettering:

Students have the opportunity to earn a letter in any Varsity sport. For other activities, speak with the coach/advisor of the activity to learn about their lettering requirements. LILA provides the chenille letter ‘L’ for first-time letter winners, and families purchase  directly through partner shops for other jacket items.
